the Path
Awakens Within
P.A.W. teachings and techniques are used to assist in the journey through the subconscious/conscious mind in order to make an undeviating connection to the universal source, the light within us all. By choosing a path to bring yourself peace and in harmony with the flow within us all, then we begin to awaken senses that were dormant. As we continue to hold that space or higher vibration we begin to experience the heavenly bliss, nirvana, the universal flow we spiritual beings in human bodies are meant to feel.
There are many paths to get into the flow but the first thing to do is make the choice to step on to the path.

Classes on Feng Shui energy and Reiki techniques to keep your body (internal) and the environment (external) clean as well as how to help others (for if we are not here for service then why are we here?). Gatherings to celebrate life, come together to talk story, and share energy of like minded spiritual beings.

We are what we eat in every sense ~ physically, mentally, sexually, emotionally, spiritually, ...
Our bodies are temples and how we choose to treat them will keep us in connection, because the channels are clear, or bring us out of alinement do to stagnation of energy. Because of what we do to our temples as well as exterior things (what we breath, negative environments, etc..) sometimes we need to flush the system through body/energy work.
Facial Unwind Treatment (Reflexology) (1 hr)
By activating marma points and working connective tissue, fascia is relaxed, reducing stress that may trigger a lymphatic detox. Detoxing the body once in a while allows it to shake off the nasty pollutants we take in. (this may trigger a lymphatic detox, so a 24 hour reprieve of all toxins is required).
Chakra Champi Therapy (1 hr)
While seated, a Bhringarai (sesame based) oil is worked into the hair by an ancient form of head & upper back kneading. This stimulates blood to the hair leaving it well conditioned, promoting growth & relaxing yet rejuvenating the upper torso to the tip of your head.

Shamanic Sound Weaving (1/2 hr)
Relax with the vibrations of an authentic Tibetan singing bowl (hand pounded & made of 7 metals to allow 7 tones for 7 main chakras) in combination with Tibetan mantras to soothe the soul while being surrounded by the aromatherapy.
Atoning the body, auric field & chakra centers by using an ancient art of hands on healing while transmitting Universal Source energy & symbols.
